Poker Terminal — Privacy Policy

Poker Terminal (“the App”) is a client for displaying a tournament terminal page and, where supported, providing native remote control. It is designed not to collect personal data.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, transmit, or sell personal information.
- No account required. The App has no sign-up and does not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
- No hosting of tournament data. Tournament content and actions are served by the terminal you configure, not by us.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
The following is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded to us:
- The HTTPS terminal address you configure
- App preferences (display, refresh and related settings)
- The built-in default demo address shipped with the App
Uninstalling the App removes this data.
3. Network Access
- The App connects directly from your device to the terminal address you enter. We do not operate a relay or proxy.
- Only HTTPS terminal addresses are supported.
- If the terminal is on a local network, iOS may request Local Network permission so the App can reach it.
- The App does not scan networks you have not configured.
4. Third-Party Terminal Services
The App itself does not collect personal data, but the terminal service you configure is a third party. When the App loads that page, the terminal operator may receive your IP address, request logs, or other data according to its own practices. Those data are controlled by that operator under its privacy policy. We cannot access or control them.

All permissions are optional; denying them only disables the related feature.
6. Third-Party Services
The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. If you download the App from the App Store, Apple may collect diagnostic and usage data under Apple’s Privacy Policy. This is controlled by your system settings, not by us.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on our side. You control the terminal address and settings on your device and the data held by the terminal operator. For EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) users: we do not process or sell personal information as defined by those laws.
9. Data Retention
We retain no data. Local settings persist on your device until you change them or uninstall the App.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, noted in release notes.

卸载应用即会清除这些数据。
3. 网络访问
- 应用从你的设备直接连接你填写的终端地址，我们不运营任何中继或代理服务器。
- 仅支持 HTTPS 终端地址。
- 若终端位于局域网，iOS 可能请求本地网络权限，以便应用访问该终端。
- 应用不会扫描或上报你未配置的网络。
4. 第三方终端服务
本应用本身不收集个人数据，但你配置的终端服务属于第三方。当应用加载该页面时， 终端运营方可能依据其自身规则接收你的 IP 地址、请求日志或其他数据。这些数据由该 运营方依据其隐私政策控制，我们无法访问或控制。

6. 第三方服务
本应用未集成第三方广告、统计或崩溃上报 SDK。若你从 App Store 下载本应用， Apple 可能依据 Apple 隐私政策 收集诊断与 使用数据。这由你的系统设置控制，与我们无关。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
8. 你的权利
由于我们不收集个人数据，因此我们这边没有可导出、更正或删除的内容。你掌控设备上的 终端地址与设置，以及终端运营方持有的数据。针对 EEA/英国（GDPR）与加州（CCPA/CPRA） 用户：我们不处理、不出售上述法律所定义的个人信息。
9. 数据保留
我们不保留任何数据。本地设置会一直保留在你的设备上，直到你修改或卸载应用。
10. 政策变更
我们可能更新本政策。重大变更会体现在上方的”最后更新”日期中，并在适当情况下于 版本更新说明中标注。
